How does identite travel work

Identite Travel is a receptive and creative tours operator in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Our offers do not include international flights from your country because of their high price when they are bought in Vietnam. So you buy them in your country and we take charge of organizing your trip (with visa, accommodation, transfers, guide, visits ...).

How does Identite Travel work exactly?

Here are two steps to book your trip with Identity Travel:

Step 1: Preparation of a travel program

You fill full our request with form online. One of our consultants will contact you to see more your expectations and your project. Then, we will propose a draft program according to your desire
Step 2: Booking

Following the first stage, you will develop your travel program. The program precises sites to visit, services (hotels, restaurants, transportation, guide ...) which you prefer and the total cost of your trip.

To make booking, simply send us a confirm email of your agreement program. And, you transfer us a deposit of 30% of the total cost by bank transfer (the balance will be paid upon your arrival). So, your trip will be reserved at this time permanently.

Upon receipt of your confirmation, we will proceed with the booking of all services under the program (hotel, domestic air tickets, meals, train, car ....).

After this step, we will send you a confirmation email of booking services before your arrival.
